Education Consultancy – In-House Event Campaign (Jan 2025)

In January 2025, I partnered with an education consultancy firm to help them bring students to their in-house event. My goal was simple: generate as many quality leads as possible while keeping costs low.

I chose Meta Ads with Instant Forms because it allowed students to sign up quickly without leaving Facebook or Instagram. With the right targeting, engaging creatives, and continuous optimization, the campaign really paid off:

  • 365 students registered for the event

  • ৳31.91 cost per lead – very cost-efficient

  • ৳11,646 total spend – used effectively to maximize results

This project was a reminder of how powerful Meta Ads can be when the strategy is clear and execution is precise. I also regularly work across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, but in this case, focusing on Instant Forms was the perfect fit for the client’s goal.

What excites me most about this campaign is not just the numbers, but seeing how digital ads can directly impact real events, bringing students and opportunities together.
